Job summary

Natixis Dubai, part of Natixis Middle East, seeks a Middle Office Specialist for Islamic Finance & Global Markets to manage end-to-end lifecycle, trade validation, and settlements of Sharia-compliant transactions. Based in Dubai, you will coordinate with Front Office, Back Office, and external brokers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires six-plus years in global markets operations, fluency in English, and a strong automation mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Islamic Jurisprudence, or related discipline.
Min 6 years of relevant operations experience in global markets (IRS, FX Der, Repo, Structured deposits).
Hands-on experience with core banking systems such as Murex, Calypso, or Kondor+.
Nice to have: Python or Alteryx for automated reconciliation workflows. Dataviz tools Power BI or Tableau are a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the operational bridge between Global Market Sales and Structuring in Dubai for Sharia-compliant trades.
Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle management and validation of OTC and structured products.
Perform trade confirmations, settlement, and lifecycle monitoring in line with sharia policy.
Maintain auditable records, support audits, and drive automation opportunities.
