Job summary

A leading Islamic bank in the UAE is seeking a detail-oriented professional for credit application processing and Murabaha contract execution. The role requires strong knowledge of banking products, excellent service standards, and the ability to maintain good inter-department relationships. Ideal candidates will have experience in UAE banking practices and be adept at resolving customer complaints.

Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of ADIB's Covered Card and other RBG products & services.
  • Fair knowledge of service standards, sales skills, and computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications accurately.
  • Ensure all applications are error-free and rectify any mistakes.
  • Follow the approval process and escalate delays.
  • Execute Murabaha contracts and prepare files for card issuance.
  • Maintain good rapport with inter-department peers.
  • Initiate cross-sell of banking products as needed.
  • Escalate customer complaints promptly.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review Standard Credit Application and ensure all information provided are accurate and ensure authenticity of the critical documents ( Cheque, Copies of : Bank Statement, Passport, Emirates ID, Salary certificate etc.) prior sending to PU for processing.
  • To ensure that all applications submitted are error free and rectify the error in case of any
  • Follow the approval process and escalate the delay to RSS / Coordinator, if any.
  • Execute Murabaha contract with the customer representing ADIB, and prepare the file as per the check list, forward card allocation for card issuance through the coordinators within 24 hours of completing signing formalities with customer
  • Check the Card disbursement and notify the Coordinator / RSS in case of delay at Card center end.
  • To maintain a good rapport with Inter-department / peers by ensuring a smooth flow of business.
  • To participate in activities assigned by your RSS / line manager during promotions.
  • Initiate cross-sell other banking products on best efforts basis (when required).
  • Escalate customer complaints to the supervisor level immediately, if any.
