Job summary

GEMS Metropole School - Motor City is seeking an Islamic B Teacher to deliver Islamic Studies to both primary and secondary students in Dubai. You will plan and adapt lessons for mixed-ability classes and non-native Arabic speakers, while maintaining high standards of English communication.

You will align your instruction with the school curriculum, assess progress and provide feedback. A BA in Islamic Studies with teaching qualifications is required, and experience with Islamic B is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies or equivalent qualification.
• Valid teacher qualification or professional teaching certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching primary and secondary students.
• Strong subject knowledge in Islamic Studies.
• Experience teaching Islamic B to non-native learners is preferred.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6 or above.
