Job summary

Muller & Phipps Middle East is seeking a Van Sales Associate to expand mobile phone and telecom product sales across the UAE. You will drive a van, engage customers, and push sales targets while delivering excellent service and completing purchase orders.

The role requires a valid UAE driving license, fluency in English and Hindi, and strong communication skills. You will maintain delivery records and support the brand KPI matrix in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Two years of Van sales experience.
• Valid UAE manual driving license.
• Fluent in English & Hindi; computer literate.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Purpose

Selling Mobile phones, accessories, and telecom products in the UAE with knowledge of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a van and selling products to customers.
• Delivering sales as per brand KPI matrix set by company.
• Informing existing customers of new products, bundles and offers.
• Increasing sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor behavior.
• Signing sales contracts, taking purchase orders, and collecting timely payments.
• Accounting for the safe and timeous delivery of purchased products.
• Maintaining sales and delivery records, as well as meeting sales targets.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure optimal customer services.
• Preventing damage to the delivery van and the company products being transported.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the van.
• Performing basic van maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, and gas and oil levels.
• Align with company SOP and follow all country rules and regulations.
• Do not involve and any commercial fraud and represent Muller and Phipps politely in the market.

Key Competencies
