What You'll Be Doing

We're seeking an experienced iOS Lead to take full ownership of the Level Shoes mobile application. You'll drive technical excellence, lead innovation, and shape the future of our luxury footwear e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Own the entire iOS platform architecture, development, and deployment strategies

Lead technical decisions on frameworks, patterns, and best practices

Ensure code quality through reviews, mentoring, and establishing standards

Manage App Store releases, certificates, provisioning profiles, and signing

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Drive performance optimization for high-traffic e-commerce scenarios

Team & Project Management

Lead and mentor iOS developers, fostering technical growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Android, Backend, Product, Design)

Drive sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of features

Interface with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Coordinate with design teams using Figma and Zeplin for pixel-perfect implementation

Innovation & Strategy

Define iOS roadmap aligned with business objectives

Identify and implement new technologies to enhance user experience

Establish metrics for app performance, crash rates, and user satisfaction

Drive new initiatives from concept to production

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Core iOS Expertise (7 years)

Expert-level Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit

Deep knowledge of iOS SDK, design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)

Proven experience with performance optimization and memory management

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and networking

Hands-on experience with Apple Pay integration and payment systems

Development Tools & Processes

CI/CD: Jenkins, Fastlane, TestFlight

Version Control: Git, branching strategies, code review processes

Code Quality: SwiftLint, unit testing, UI testing

Project Management: JIRA, Agile methodologies

Design Tools: Figma, Zeplin

Analytics: Firebase, Crashlytics

Certificates: Managing provisioning profiles, certificates, App Store Connect

Leadership Experience (2+ years)

Leading iOS teams in fast-paced environments

Mentoring developers and conducting technical interviews

Making architectural decisions that scale

Managing technical debt and platform modernization
