Job description
Overview

Provide expertise in areas including commodity trading, product pricing, commodity movement, product costing and related accounting entries. Identify business requirements and map them to ION, Aspect functionality, and other related components. Prepare validation scripts, testing scenarios, and test scripts for ION Aspect configurations. Validate configuration and support data migration.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional and Technical Design Workshops with business users.
  • Leverage available functionalities and features to drive standardization and simplification to reduce future implementation timelines and costs.
  • Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the implementation cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure continuous availability of deployed services with minimum disruption and provide seamless support on deployed applications.
  • Conduct fault investigations and fix or escalate to the product vendor and implementation partner to ensure satisfactory defect resolutions.
  • Develop and adhere to engagement team project standards to deliver quality deliverables.
  • Report to CTRM Implementation Project Manager and deliver all assigned tasks within schedule.
  • Prepare requirement documents, technical design documents, and training manuals.
  • Perform design, development, integration testing, and deployment of extensions; create detailed solution test scripts and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, specifications, development, and deployment artifacts.
  • Assist business users in mapping, streamlining, and reengineering business practices to implement CTRM modules using standardized implementation methodology.
  • Drive process optimization, provide training and support, and manage changes in processes; create process and procedure documents.
  • Ensure all documentation related to operations of the units is created and maintained comprehensively.
Knowledge, Education, and Experience
  • Knowledge of business processes specific to Fuel Commercial operations and strong business process understanding for the concepts under control.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills with the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly and translate them into productive output.
Requirements
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelors / Masters Degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
  • Recognized certification in related technology field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of IT experience.
