Job summary

A Family Office in Dubai is hiring a Business Analyst to lead requirements and process design across the investment teams and technology vendors. You will gather functional requirements for the new financial and investment management system and map current and future state processes.

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, finance professionals and technology teams, support vendor evaluations, facilitate solution design discussions, and assist with UAT as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BA on financial or investment systems implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering and process-mapping skills.
• Prior experience in a Family Office, wealth management or investment management environment (strongly preferred).
• Comfortable working across business, finance/investment and technology/vendor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements for the new financial investment management system.
• Map current-state and future-state business processes.
• Act as the bridge between business and investment stakeholders, technology teams and vendors.
• Support vendor evaluation, solution design discussions and UAT as needed.
