Investment Relations Manager EMEA (Europe & MENA)

GoMining is a pioneering digital platform in the Bitcoin mining industry, dedicated to democratizing access to Bitcoin mining through innovative digital mining solutions and strategic partnerships. We work across exchanges, DeFi/Web3 platforms, mining infrastructure, and institutional investment initiatives to provide our clients with diversified opportunities in the digital asset space.

Responsibilities:

• Attract investment (Loan & Equity), actively sourcing and negotiating with potential investors across Europe and MENA countries (Middle East & North Africa).
• Prepare transaction participants and investors for Due Diligence processes and ensure successful completion.
• Develop and review presentation and investment documents, pitch decks, and financial models.
• Conduct negotiations, investor presentations, and road shows.
• Evaluate, structure, and support investment transactions, including loans, equity financing, and other fund-raising instruments.
• Conduct operational monitoring and market intelligence activities of the European and MENA capital markets, identifying emerging trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, finance, management, or related fields; professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, Financial Analyst, etc.) highly desired.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in investment funds, corporate finance, international banking, consulting or related sectors.
• Proven track-record in structuring and closing debt and equity investment deals.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of regional specifics (Europe and MENA), with an existing network and established investor relationships.
• Fluent English is a must; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Willingness and ability for frequent business travel; flexibility in working schedule.
• Advanced expertise in analyzing financial documents, building sophisticated financial models, and preparing investor presentations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
