About our client

We are representing an exceptional opportunity with a government-backed private equity fund based in Abu Dhabi. The team specialises in buyouts within the technology sector, specifically within the industrials value chain. The fund has a global investment scope and is seeking to expand its team with an investment professional. This role requires full relocation to Abu Dhabi.

What the job involves

1. Participate in critical elements of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of investment materials.
2. Present and discuss investment opportunities with senior team members.
3. Develop and articulate comprehensive investment theses and memos.
4. Manage and optimise existing investment portfolios globally.
5. Work in a small, lean team with a great deal of autonomy.

Who we are looking for

1. You will hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top-tier university.
2. Experience in an investment bank in M&A and buy-side experience in the relevant sectors is required.
3. Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modelling are required, along with the ability to present and communicate effectively.
4. Ability and willingness to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.
5. Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic and diverse team.
