Job description

The (Senior) Investment Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing private equity investments globally. The role offers exposure to principal investing, end-to-end deal execution, and active portfolio management, in close collaboration with the senior leadership of the firm and the families it serves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate direct, co-investment, and fund opportunities aligned with the investment strategy.
  • Lead due diligence efforts, including commercial, financial, legal, and operational workstreams.
  • Build and present detailed investment cases and financial models for Investment Committee review.
  • Oversee deal structuring and negotiation in coordination with legal and financial advisors.
  • Monitor portfolio companies and funds, including active involvement in value creation and exit planning.
  • Maintain strong networks with GPs, entrepreneurs, family offices, and advisors across key markets.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, principal investing, or a comparable role within a multi-family office or institutional allocator.
  • Track record of leading or supporting successful investments from origination through execution and exit.
  • Outstanding analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with comfort interacting at principal level.
  • Independent thinker with entrepreneurial drive and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
