Investment Manager
Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive support by conducting detailed research, analysis, and reporting on various real estate projects and investments.
Roles, Responsibilities, and Duties
- Research and Market Analysis Support
- Assist in gathering data on real estate market trends and developments as directed.
- Compile and organize information on competitive landscapes for review.
- Support in preparing basic reports and summaries on research findings to assist with strategic planning.
Financial Analysis Support- Build and develop comprehensive financial models.
- Assist in updating financial models for property investments.
- Help prepare initial drafts of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Investment Support- Prepare detailed investment memorandums, showcasing analytical insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with Excel for financial modeling and data analysis, and with PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
Asset Management Assistance- Help track the performance of real estate markets.
- Provide support in maintaining property portfolios, including updating key performance indicators.
Operational Support- Support the Director in operational tasks.
- Provide administrative support for operational activities and process improvements.
- Prepared to travel internationally to participate in client meetings and support data gathering and analysis.
Data Management and Reporting- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of real estate assets and transactions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and presentations as directed.
Stakeholder Coordination- Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders by organizing information and communications.
- Help schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and communications on behalf of the Director / Associate Director.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate development, engineering, or a related field is required.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, RICS, CFA, or equivalent.
- Based in the UAE, UK / Europe, Asia, or Australia.
Experience
- European experience gained in UK or Europe.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a related field.
