The Investment Manager will lead and oversee the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of investment opportunities. This role requires advanced expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence, along with strong leadership skills to mentor and guide junior team members. You will play a key role in shaping investment strategies and providing insights to senior leadership.

Principal Accountabilities:

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess investment opportunities and risks.
• Evaluate financial statements, projections, market trends, and economic indicators to provide insights for decision-making.

Market Research:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze and interpret data to generate reports and recommendations for the Investments team.

Risk Assessment:

• Assess and quantify risks associated with potential investments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate transaction risks.

Due Diligence:

• Support due diligence advisors on potential investment targets, including legal, financial, and operational aspects.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

Presentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate investment proposals and findings to internal stakeholders.
• Generate regular reports for management review.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or Finance (CPA, CISA, business, economics, finance) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Managerial role.
