Job Title: Manager - Investments

At ZMI, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and presenting strategic investment opportunities—both organic and inorganic—to the leadership team and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop detailed investment presentations and robust financial models to support the evaluation of acquisition (M&A) and organic growth opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis to identify strategic expansion opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to prepare financial and non-financial analyses on business cases and strategic initiatives.
  • Perform post-acquisition analysis on acquired companies and assets to monitor performance, assess value realization, and recommend optimization measures.
  • Prepare and present investment proposals and business cases to senior leadership, investment committees, and other internal stakeholders for review and approval.
Minimum Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance; CFA Level 2 is required.
  • Additional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, M&A, or corporate finance, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a strong command over investment storytelling.
  • Proficient in investment research tools, databases, and Excel-based modeling.
  • Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
