Job description

We are seeking an Investment Director or Senior Executive to lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution efforts for an opportunistic private credit fund focused on deploying capital across the UAE and the broader GCC region.

The selected candidate will serve as the lead deal professional , taking full ownership of the investment lifecycle — from origination and underwriting to portfolio management and eventual exit. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our opportunistic credit strategy, with a focus on :

• Complex, non-sponsored transactions
• Special situations and distressed opportunities
• Structured credit and asset-backed financing
• Capital solutions for middle-market companies

Prior deal experience in the region is essential , and candidates already based in the Middle East are strongly preferred.
