As our business grows, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Investment Director to attract investment into our real estate development projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Attract financing with an average ticket size starting from $5 million for large-scale real estate projects (we operate across three channels: private capital, institutional investments, and bank financing).
2. Develop and implement a sales funnel strategy targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs and UNHWIs) and institutional investors.
3. Engage with family offices, private clients, and investors focusing on long-term real estate investments.
4. Participate in negotiations and deliver presentations to potential investors.
5. Identify the target investor profile, understanding their key characteristics and needs.
6. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with investors and business partners.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in investment attraction, preferably in the real estate sector.
2. A successful track record of raising significant capital.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Deep knowledge of investment products and real estate strategies.
5. A proactive approach and the drive to achieve high-level results.
6. Fluent English is required.
7. Knowledge of Islamic Finance Structures will be a plus.
