Your Responsibilities:
  • Participate in investment manager searches, asset allocation studies, portfolio reviews, and other investment-related projects with Mercer clients.
  • Assist in preparing investment analysis, commentary, performance reports, and advice for Mercer clients within tight deadlines.
  • Use Mercer's proprietary tools to analyze asset allocations and investment managers and evaluate the analysis output.
  • Communicate with investment managers, record keepers, and custodians to gather and clarify client-specific data.
  • Support investment consultants in servicing existing clients and prospects.
  • Contribute to internal projects and handle ad-hoc queries from clients, investment managers, third parties, and colleagues.
  • Engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

What you need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience in data analysis and presentation design.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop new skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working toward the CFA designation.
