What will you do:

Client Coverage and Deal Sourcing

  • Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities aligned with Crewstone's services, such as fund setup and structuring, in sectors like logistics, healthcare, green technology, e-commerce, and capital markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Source high-quality deals and investment leads by leveraging Crewstone's network of regulators, financial institutions, and government agencies.
  • Promote Crewstone's services, including fund structuring and capital raising, to prospective clients, fostering relationships that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate sourced opportunities and support deal negotiations and processes.

Sell-Side Advisory and Investment Analysis

  • Prepare compelling investment pitch decks and financial due diligence reports to support sell-side mandates and attract potential investors.
  • Conduct comprehensive investment analysis and due diligence, ensuring accurate financial modeling, risk assessment, and valuation to support transactions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial and strategic goals, providing tailored advisory solutions to maximize transaction value.
  • Assist in managing the end-to-end sell-side process from initial client engagement through deal closure, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Investor Relations and Fundraising

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with current and prospective investors through proactive communication, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and assist in preparing materials for fundraising activities, including pitch decks, presentations, and roadshows.
  • Facilitate investor meetings, calls, and events, addressing inquiries related to fund performance, investment strategies, and market trends.
  • Lead and support fundraising efforts to expand Crewstone’s investor base through strategic outreach and participation in investor conferences and events.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in all investor communications and fundraising activities.

Who are we looking for:

  • Possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in client coverage, wealth management, or sell-side advisory is a strong plus.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Strong financial analysis, investment due diligence, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
