Nepternship is connecting qualified students with a potential investment banking summer analyst opportunity at a bulge bracket investment bank in Dubai for Summer 2027. An internship would offer hands-on exposure to M&A advisory, capital markets execution, and financial modelling across active live deal teams in the DIFC.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling skills.
• Familiarity with valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparables).
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct industry research, comps, and precedents for M&A and capital markets mandates across the Middle East.
• Draft pitch books, management presentations, and client memoranda for senior bankers review.
• Assist with financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence across live transactions.
• Prepare materials for client meetings, bake-offs, and deal closings.
• Collaborate with product and coverage teams on transaction strategy and client communication.
