Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of investment banking experience at a bulge bracket or leading middle-market firm.
• MBA from a top business school preferred but not required.
• Strong accounting, financial modeling, and Excel expertise; deep understanding of valuation, M&A, LBO modeling, and transaction processes.
• A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilitator for investment banking and financial modeling classroom training sessions.
• Help students master the technical and analytical skills required to succeed in investment banking.
• Collaborate on curriculum development, including editing and updating training materials and developing new course content.
• Provide personalized mentorship through one-on-one tutoring sessions.
• Complete Wall Street Prep's Train-the-Trainer Program for new instructors.
