Job Description

• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and company due diligence to support investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities (DCF, LBO, IRR, etc.).
• Assist in preparing investment memos, pitch decks, and internal reports for stakeholders and investment committees.
• Monitor existing portfolio investments, track performance, and flag potential risks or opportunities.
• Stay updated on macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and financial markets.
• Support transaction processes including deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as advisors, legal, and banking partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Min 1 year of experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
