About our client

We are working on an opportunity with a global private investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to expand their team at the associate level to join their venture/growth investment team. This team has a global mandate and is looking for technology-focused M&A investment bankers or PE investors from tech/venture/growth funds.

What the job involves

1. Proactively source and evaluate investment opportunities in Venture/Growth across multiple sectors and geographies.
2. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking.
3. Prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Provide regular updates to senior management on investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market outlook.

Who we are looking for

1. Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A (specifically tech as a sector) or a tech/venture/growth fund.
2. Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities are required alongside the ability to present and communicate effectively.
3. You will have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top-tier university.
4. The ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.
