Job summary

ADNOC Drilling is seeking a senior investment professional to support evaluation of opportunities, build financial models, and conduct due diligence across joint ventures and capital projects.

You will prepare investment papers for committees and monitor performance against plans while ensuring compliance with group policies and approvals. Experience in energy investments is preferred and a CFA/CPA/ACCA/MBA is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience in investments, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or valuation.
• Experience in the energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Strong experience in financial modelling, investment appraisal, and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities, including joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and capital projects.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and investment appraisals (e.g. NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
• Assist in conducting commercial and financial due diligence for potential investments and transactions.
• Support the preparation of investment papers, business cases, and presentations for internal committees and senior management.
• Monitor the financial and operational performance of existing investments and joint ventures against approved business plans.
• Support periodic reviews of investment portfolios, including risk assessment and return analysis.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required financial, operational, and strategic inputs for investment analysis.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Group investment policies, governance processes, and approval thresholds.
• Maintain accurate documentation, models, and records related to investment decisions and approvals.
• Support engagement with external advisors, consultants, and financial institutions as required.
