Job description

This role supports the Investment team with deep research, financial modelling, benchmarking, and presentation materials across multiple asset classes including operating companies, real estate, and special assets. The Investment Analyst will report to the Director and contribute to pipeline evaluation, portfolio reporting, and internal decision-making processes. This is a high-paced, high-standards role ideal for candidates looking to grow into investment or portfolio leadership positions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct market scans and competitive analysis
  • Support valuation modelling, business case development, and scenario simulations
  • Prepare Investment Committee decks and strategic presentations
  • Benchmark industry peers and define performance metrics
  • Coordinate with the Business Intelligence team on data inputs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related
  • CFA certification is preferred
  • 1-2 years in private equity/venture capital, investment banking or Big 4 Transaction Services
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, and process coordination skills
