  • Support the origination and execution of equity investments across diverse sectors including technology, healthcare, energy transition, and consumer.
  • Prepare detailed investment memoranda, board presentations, and internal committee reports for senior leadership and investment committee review.
  • Lead commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on prospective investments.
  • Assist in strategic advisory projects, including portfolio optimisation, financial planning, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and deliver regular performance updates, KPI tracking, and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support governance, reporting, and value creation plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA candidate or MBA a plus.
  • 2–3 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or M&A.
  • Buy-side experience is essential – including roles in Private Equity, Principal Investments, Family Office, or investment holding companies.
  • Currently based in the UAE, with solid knowledge of the local and regional business and investment landscape.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling, valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, comparables), due diligence, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to distil complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong time management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
