ROLE SUMMARY

The role's purpose is to oversee investment analysis for UAE Active projects. The Investment Analysis Manager will manage, actualize, maintain, and refine project feasibilities. They will also conduct financial assessments to support executive investment and strategic decisions.

ROLE PROFILE

1. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and refining project feasibilities, assumptions, and actual cash flows for UAE Active projects, liaising independently with Development, Design, Project Management, Project Finance, Financial Planning, Sales, Delivery, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders.
2. This role involves performing complex simulations and financial modeling for various scenarios to assess the financial impacts of executive decisions, providing proactive support and recommendations for strategic and investment decisions.
3. The position plays a key role in preparing CEC and Board approval/update packages for ongoing phases, launching new phases, and proposing strategic investment recommendations and value creation opportunities, ensuring adherence to Business Unit policies and procedures.
4. Responsible for managing, coordinating, and performing feasibility studies for strategic investment options and value addition initiatives, defining assumptions, and supporting investment decisions for Project Heads and Development Directors.
5. Assist in developing pre-launch pricing activities, models, and provide necessary inputs and recommendations.
6. Help prepare periodic investment overview and performance reports for UAE Active projects.
7. Support Project Heads and Development Directors in setting development budgets at key gateways and in regular KPI reporting.
8. Continuously review and refine feasibility studies and assumptions of pipeline projects, leveraging lessons learned from active projects to improve future assessments.
