Job summary

Sundus Consultancy is seeking a Storekeeper in Sharjah to oversee warehouse operations, maintain accurate stock records, and manage inventory through our systems. The role involves keeping records, packing, labeling, and coordinating deliveries to internal departments and providers.

You will inspect incoming materials, prepare reports on stock levels, and ensure health and safety standards across storage areas.

Qualifications

2-4 years of warehouse experience in a higher education setting.
Bachelor's degree required.
Proficiency with inventory management software and stock control.
Fluency in English and Arabic

Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse operations and maintain stock records; prepare purchase requisitions.
Maintain filing system for store documents (SRV, SIV, receipts, records).
Prepare reports on stock levels, availability, consumption, and inventory status.
Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders for quantity, quality, and specs.
Coordinate deliveries and liaise with end-user departments and suppliers to ensure timely receipt.
Sort, pack, label, and shelve supplies to maximize efficiency.
Operate inventory systems and light equipment.
Ensure health and safety standards in warehouse areas.
Report safety concerns to Line Manager/HSE promptly.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
