Job summary

iFM Facilities Management in Dubai is hiring a Storekeeper with 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, stock control and inventory management. The role requires hands‑on experience with receiving, GRN, LPO processing and ERP systems, to maintain accurate records and support material handling.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant Storekeeper experience.
• Experience in Facilities Management is preferred.
• Strong hands‑on experience in inventory, material tracking and stock control.
• Knowledge of receiving, inspecting, issuing and organizing warehouse materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify against PO and delivery docs.
• Prepare and process GRN and handle LPO.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Issue materials according to approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate electronic inventory records using ERP systems.
