Job summary

IIQAF Group in Dubai is seeking an Inventory Assistant to support stock control and supply management within our hospitality environment. You will assist with receiving, counting, inspecting, recording, storing, and issuing inventory while maintaining accurate stock levels.

Collaborating with purchasing, warehouse, kitchen, and F&B teams, you will help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports, identify variances, and ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory control and stock management preferred.
• Hospitality/food & beverage inventory experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inventory management and stock control activities.
• Receive incoming goods and verify against purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Inspect items for quantity, quality, expiry dates, and correct specifications.
• Count and verify physical inventory; record all receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with purchasing, suppliers, and warehouse teams on inventory needs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
• Identify variances, damages, wastage, and potential losses.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, secure, and compliant.
