Job summary

GMG in Dubai is seeking a Replenishment Associate to support stock levels, maintain shelf presentation, and ensure accurate pricing across the sales floor.

You will monitor inventory, coordinate with the inventory team on deliveries and transfers, apply loss prevention measures, and participate in audits while keeping the store clean and safe.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or inventory experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to lift and move stock and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track inventory levels for timely stock replenishment.
• Organize shelves and displays following company guidelines.
• Collaborate with inventory team to manage deliveries and transfers.
• Ensure accurate labeling and pricing on the sales floor.
• Implement loss prevention measures and report discrepancies.
• Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment per health and safety rules.
