GMG is seeking a diligent replenishment professional to ensure optimal stock levels across stores. You will coordinate with buyers and retail teams to align on assortments and weekly forecasts, sending timely orders and tracking deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Sends the right quantity of products to each store based on weekly sales forecasting and inventory levels.
• Replenishes products to retail stores as per requests and daily store sales, in alignment with the buying team.
• Prepares inter-retail outlet stock transfer notes to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Prepares and follows-up on stock demand notes for stock pullouts and new stock.
• Prepares and sends the right amount of orders to the team scheduling deliveries.
• Prepares and sends orders for new stores before opening date.
• Tracks merchandise transportation from warehouse to stores and ensures smooth flow of goods.
• Allocates stores' product range to meet demand while avoiding surplus.
• Analyzes weekly unit sales by category and takes action accordingly.
• Monitors deliveries and stock levels in distribution centers and stores.
