- Receive, bin, and issue materials, tools, and equipment per internal process
- Check for damages, shortages, and incorrect materials; report as needed
- Ensure correct labeling for binned / issued parts
- Assist with material inspections
- Manage inventory by timely updating the system for goods receipt and issue
- Use powered material handling equipment as required
- Sort and store materials per specified conditions
- Pack materials according to procedures before storage
- Ensure adequate racks / bins are available
- Perform stock checks and report discrepancies
- Monitor and record customs declarations for import / export
- Coordinate with departments for inbound / outbound shipments
- Track shelf-life materials and manage disposal or extension of life for controlled materials
- Complete assigned logistics / warehousing tasks or projects on time
- Generate inventory reports and update the Head of Department
The ideal Inventory Coordinator should meet the following requirements :
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Proficient knowledge of MS-Office products
- Experience working with SAP GTS and web control Inventory management system
- Experience in using MHE, forklift license / experience preferred
- Knowledge of dangerous goods regulations preferred, certification would be an advantage
- US export control regulations knowledge
- Fluent in English extra language added advantage
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Strong recording skills are required
- Diligent and systematic approach to work
