Job summary

Talabat is seeking an Inventory Controller for Stock Operations in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on ensuring accurate stock movements and supporting operational efficiency across multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory or stock management roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience working with inventory systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Hands-on approach with problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock movements and track inventory adjustments across stores.
• Generate category-level stock reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Guide store teams on receiving shipments, handling returns, and resolving stock issues.
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Perform invoice matching and coordinate with finance on discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports including shrinkage analysis.
• Investigate stock discrepancies through store visits and spot checks.
• Report system-related issues impacting stock accuracy and operations.
• Reconcile inventory records with finance and operational data.
