Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Good working knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock situations
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile differences
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams
• Prepare inventory reports for internal review
• Ensure inventory procedures are followed correctly
• Identify damaged, slow-moving, or obsolete items
• Support internal audits and stock verification activities
