Job description

Inventory Controller - Food And Beverage

Job Location: United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  1. In conjunction with the Provision Master, analyze F&B stores consumption to manage the ordering of Food and Beverage accurately.
  2. Input all Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, inventories, and received stocks into the computer system.
  3. Maintain daily updates of the food inventory in cooperation with the Provision Master.
  4. Conduct spot-checks on restaurant and Central Kitchen rotating stock-takes.
  5. Check storing operations on the pier.
  6. Input requisitions into the computer system.
  7. Ensure that no item leaves the stores without a requisition.
  8. Account for stock transfers between onboard locations.
  9. Input physical bar stock counts into the system and analyze discrepancies for further review.
  10. Perform minimum spot checks every second day on inventories in bars, stores, galleys, and cellars.
  11. Monitor controls, tips, and bonuses for bar staff.
