We are currently seeking an Inventory Controller / Data Entry for our Restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the Provision Master, provides analysis of F&B stores consumption to handle the ordering of Food and Beverage as accurately as possible.
• Input all POs, invoices, inventories, and stocks received into the computer.
• Maintain the food inventory updated daily in cooperation with the Provision Master.
• Carry out spot-checks on the restaurant and Central Kitchen rotating stock-takes.
• Check storing operations on the pier.
• Input requisitions into the computer.
• Control and ensure that no item leaves the stores without requisition.
• Account for stock transfers between onboard locations.
• Input physical bar stock counts into the system and analyze discrepancies for further review.
• Perform spot checks on inventories in bars, food and beverage stores, galleys, and cellars at least every second day.
• Monitor tips and bonuses to bar staff.
• Perform any other duties as requested by superiors.
• Compile routine physical inventories for each F&B location and verify inventory levels regularly.
• Prepare voyage reports at the end of each cruise for the F&B Manager and send to the shore side office.
• Supervise and manage daily responsibilities.
• Conduct random audits and reconciliations during voyages and implement new controls and procedures.
• Run end-of-day reports on POS workstations and distribute sales analysis reports.
• Input data into spreadsheets for control functions.
• Review 'undefined' accounts.
• Address computer issues as they arise.
