Are you detail-oriented, proactive and eager to take on a fast-paced challenge? We are looking for an Inventory Controller to help ensure smooth inventory operations and maintain strong communication with our brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily inventory control, managing shortages, excess stock, obsolescence, and expired items.
2. Maintain accurate inventory reconciliation records in SAP, and other WMS systems.
3. Collaborate with distribution hubs and 3PL partners (Europe & USA) to ensure real-time inventory updates.
4. Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide up-to-date and accurate inventory insights.
5. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.
6. Implement actions to minimize excess stock transfer generated and improve inventory efficiency.
7. Generate and analyse inventory and service-level reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong expertise in SAP and ERP inventory management systems.
2. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
3. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work across multiple functions.
4. Proficiency in Excel and mainframe systems for data analysis and reporting.
5. High attention to detail with a proactive and results-driven approach.
