Job description

Inventory Operations

• Oversee inbound and outbound inventory processes ensuring accurate documentation and timely movement.
• Prepare and validate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all incoming materials.
• Record material consumption and generate periodic consumption reports based on actual movement and analysis.
• Create and manage bin locations and ensure proper tagging and labeling of inventory.

System & Data Management

• Enter and update stock records in Tally or other relevant inventory systems.
• Create, review, and monitor stock entries, stock transfers, and adjustments.
• Maintain system accuracy in line with physical stock at all times.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Conduct regular stock audits (cycle counts and full physical audits) and reconcile discrepancies.
• Generate detailed inventory reports for management review and assist in planning reorders.

Excel & Reporting Skills

• Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF, etc.) to analyze stock data and present actionable insights.
• Maintain and automate stock tracking sheets where necessary.

Skills

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of inventory control experience, preferably in heavy machinery, equipment, or industrial spare parts.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, stock entry modules, and related inventory software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with bin location management and warehouse layout structuring is a plus.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in a heavy machinery, mining, or construction equipment environment.
• Familiarity with UAE logistics practices and documentation.
