- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods.
- Track supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost efficiencies.
- Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads through proactive outreach.
- Build and nurture relationships with institutional and wholesale clients.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements in ERP systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and company quality standards.
