• Monitor stock levels across all outlets, warehouses, and central kitchens.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly/quarterly stock audits.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimise wastage, shrinkage, and obsolescence.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods.
• Track supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost efficiencies.
• Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads through proactive outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with institutional and wholesale clients.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements in ERP systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and company quality standards.
