Job summary

Apparel FZCO is seeking a Team Lead Inventory Control to plan, coordinate and execute daily inventory activities across our Dubai retail operations. You will lead a team in barcode scanning, bin completion, stock verification and accuracy initiatives using PDT devices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in a relevant field, 2–4 years in inventory control, and hands-on experience with PDT RF scanners. Night shift coverage and a focus on accuracy and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience with PDT RF scanners or inventory systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute daily inventory control activities across the retail operation.
• Lead the Inventory Control team in barcode scanning, bin completion, stock verification and accuracy tasks.
• Monitor scanning progress, identify bottlenecks and ensure timely task completion.
• Supervise Inventory Control Assistants and communicate daily targets and procedures.
• Conduct random checks to ensure items are correctly scanned and recorded.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate recounts as needed.
• Maintain compliance with inventory procedures and safety guidelines.
• Prepare daily performance and productivity reports for management.
