Job summary

R&B Fashion is seeking a Team Lead – Inventory Control to manage daily inventory control activities across our retail footprint. The role will lead a team in barcode scanning, bin completion, stock verification, and accuracy using PDT devices.

You will supervise Inventory Control Assistants, track daily targets, and coordinate with store teams to ensure timely and compliant inventory processes. Night shifts are required, with a focus on reducing discrepancies and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inventory control or stock management experience.
• Retail or fashion environment preferred.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Knowledge of PDT/RF scanning systems is an advantage.
• Night shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily inventory control activities across the retail operation.
• Lead and supervise Inventory Control Assistants during daily operations.
• Oversee barcode scanning and bin management with PDT/RF devices.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare daily performance and productivity reports.
