Job summary

Ghobash Group in Dubai is seeking a Store Keeper to oversee receiving, inspecting, and documenting inbound deliveries and coordinating outbound dispatches with logistics drivers. The role requires foundational understanding of supply chain operations and strict adherence to warehouse SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in supply chain or logistics, at least 3 years of logistics/warehouse experience, and strong Excel and ERP skills to ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely order

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics/warehouse experience.
• Strong Excel (pivot, lookups) and ERP familiarity.
• Good numerical reasoning and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify inbound materials against PO/delivery notes.
• Record inventory levels and movements in ERP.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment.
• Prepare outbound orders and coordinate dispatch.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock audits for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, Sales and Ops.
