SD Ingenieros & Contratistas SAC. is seeking an Inventory Control Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor stock levels, maintain precise records, and coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and sales to optimize inventory accuracy and control costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory control or stock management.
• Solid understanding of inventory procedures, stock movement, and warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, data analysis).
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP/WMS is a plus.
• Attention to detail and data integrity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all goods.
• Track stock levels and ensure availability to meet requirements.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement for proper stock movements.
• Maintain inventory systems, reports, and databases.
• Prepare inventory reports on balances, movements, aging, and obsolescence.
• Support stock replenishment and prevent shortages/overstocks.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and sales for planning.
• Monitor reorder points based on demand and usage patterns.
