Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience.
• Proficient with inventory management systems.
• Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile differences.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams.
• Prepare inventory reports for internal review.
• Ensure inventory procedures are followed correctly.
• Identify damaged, slow-moving, or obsolete items.
• Support internal audits and stock verification activities.
