Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants seeks a Stock Controller to oversee and optimize inventory across stores, warehouses, concessions, and e-commerce. You will ensure stock accuracy, support loss prevention, and maintain optimal stock levels to protect margins.

The role requires 3–5+ years in stock control within retail, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. Fluent English and strong communication are essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in stock control/inventory management within textile, fashion, or retail.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAGE 300, SAP, Oracle, Navision, or similar).
• Fluent in English with good communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock control across stores, warehouses, and e-commerce channels.
• Monitor discrepancies, shrinkage, damages, and write-offs.
• Oversee cycle counts and full physical inventories, ensuring timely resolution of variances.
• Implement and maintain stock control procedures and SOPs.
• Maintain updated inventory records, including daily shipments.
• Analyze sales data, stock cover, sell-through, and aging stock.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Buying teams on annual purchases.
• Participate in annual purchase budgeting and keep systems updated.
