International Sales Representative

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Compensation: Commission-based (Basic salary provided for the first 2 months only)

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and ambitious International Sales Advisors to join a leading real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and real estate to grow in an international, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is already based in Abu Dhabi or open to relocating, and has some experience in sales or client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell local and international real estate properties to potential clients
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients from different markets
• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (digital, referrals, networking, etc.)
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters
• Negotiate and close deals in line with company guidelines
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support

Requirements:

• Located in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
• Previous sales experience (real estate is a plus but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in a commission-based environment
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driver's license is a plus
