Job description

We are looking to hire an experienced International Sales Manager to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions in the real estate market. The Sales Manager responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with the Broker (also called “Channel Partners”) network in the designated region.
  • Engaging professionally with all Brokers for a fruitful relationship with the company.
  • Managing and increasing sales from all International Sales Centers (Non-UAE).
  • Identifying and proposing potential new International Sales centers.
  • Managing and closing all inbound traffic of prospective customers coming from International Sales offices.
  • Motivating the Brokers for increased participation in selling the company’s projects.
  • Maintaining and growing relationships with existing Brokers for an increase in sales revenue.
  • Extending full support to all Brokers at all times to achieve the highest sales.
  • Training all Brokers on the new and existing projects.
  • Assisting all Brokers in closing sales as per the company’s policies.
  • Adhering to all governing laws and regulations while performing the sale transaction.
  • Preparing and completing agreements with all Brokers.
  • Creating a pool of committed and profitable networks of Brokers for the company.
  • Resolving Broker complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Assisting in sale contract registration/termination at DLD if required.
  • Timely invoicing, payment dispersal, and collections.
  • Any other work that may be assigned to you with your portfolio.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent with a top Developer.
  • Proven track record of successful sales amongst clients.
  • Have a network of brokers in the market.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in other languages will be an additional bonus.
