Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Sales & Distribution, Marketing Manager to lead our sales, marketing, and distribution initiatives in the Fertilizer sector. Initially, this role will be an Individual Contributor position, responsible for driving business growth, establishing markets, and building strong supplier and customer networks. As the business expands, the role may evolve into a team leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales & market entry strategies for East Africa, South Africa, and Bangladesh.
  • Identify new opportunities, customer segments, and product mixes to maximize commercial outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Leverage existing supplier and sourcing networks from major fertilizer-producing countries.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and regulations.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans, budgets, and pricing strategies.
  • Promote products through industry events, exhibitions, and targeted campaigns.
  • Appoint and manage local agents, traders, or partners for market expansion.
Educational Qualification
  • MBA in International Sales & Marketing or equivalent discipline.
Experience Requirements
  • 1015 years of experience in Fertilizer Sales, Marketing & Distribution.
  • Strong exposure to East Africa, South Africa, and Bangladesh markets.
  • Proven ability in large-volume trade of fertilizers.
  • Well-established network of suppliers and sourcing relationships across global fertilizer markets.
