Job summary

AL AIN UNIVERSITY L.L.C. seeks an International Relations Officer for its Al Ain Campus to develop and negotiate international MoUs, translate agreements into academic activities, and coordinate delegations and events.

The role requires strong English skills and familiarity with UAE higher education regulations. The officer will support rankings, ensure compliance, and maintain partnerships with global institutions.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience in university international relations, partnerships, or academic cooperation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of UAE higher education regulations relating to international cooperation and academic mobility.
• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and protocol skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and maintain international MoUs and agreements with proper documentation, follow-up and renewal.
• Translate agreements into measurable activities including student and staff exchanges, joint research, and visiting scholars.
• Coordinate international delegations, institutional visits and events, and represent the University at conferences, fairs and networks.
• Monitor internationalization indicators including international students, staff mobility and research co-authorship.
• Provide data and reports supporting international rankings and institutional performance in collaboration with Rankings Specialist.
• Ensure compliance with UAE higher education regulations and University policies relating to international cooperation.
• Maintain effective relationships with international partners and perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE higher education regulations and University policies relating to international cooperation
• Maintain effective relationships with international partners and perform other related duties as assigned

General Conditions
