We are looking for an International Commercial SalesManager. To join our team.

Job Duties:

  • Identify new sales opportunities in international commercial markets by
    researching and analysing market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and
    distributors.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and distributors, including
    pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability
    goals.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers and
    distributors.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's
    products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and
    customer service to ensure smooth sales processes.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an international commercial sales manager, preferably in
    the same real estate field.

Other Requirements:

  • Existing Network of international clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages is highly desirable.
