Job Description

The Internal Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the internal sales team to drive revenue growth, improve customer relationships, and streamline sales processes. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with different departments to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales operations, and the ability to motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in an internal sales environment.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-driven mindset.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  6. Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  8. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales management.
  9. Experience in handling key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
